Eight angle pose (Astavakrasana)
Don’t think you can’t do this before you try…It may be challenging but with the correct warm up it can be made easier. Warm up the arms and hips with the scale pose (tolasana). Deepen the hip stretching. Then once ready, lean forwards rather than pushing your body into the pose. Keep pulling your elbows in, engage your legs and core to make your body lighter on the arms. Try with a couple of blocks under your hands to start with if you like. Good luck!
