Yoga is an ideal escape for today’s hectic lifestyles – for everyone. Beginner, intermediate/advanced, flexible/inflexible, stiff/supple, experienced/inexperienced; it is about every individual, finding their own journey and dedicating time for their precious selves.

I teach Hatha Yoga and Pilates to all levels in group (Currently in Sweaty Betty-Cabot Place, KPMG, Financial Ombudsman Service-Marsh Wall, J.P. Morgan, Virgin Active-Canary Wharf) or private classes. I am also a Personal Yoga Trainer at Third Space-Canary Wharf (formerly Reebok Sports Club), Pop Pilates instructor, nutritional advisor and a Thai Massage Therapist.

The sessions are personalised specifically for your needs and goals; concentrating on correct alignment, focusing on breathing, mindfulness or building strength and stamina in dynamic, static or restorative sessions. They are arranged at your convenience, either at your home or other suitable locations. Sessions can be booked in advance but please remember, cancellations less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged at a full rate.

I offer a half price private introductory session as well as 10% off on 10 and 15% off on 15 sessions.
