An ideal escape for today’s hectic lifestyles – for anyone. Beginner, intermediate or advanced, flexible or inflexible, stiff or supple, experienced or inexperienced; it is about every individual, finding their own journey and dedicating time for their precious selves.

I teach Hatha Yoga to all levels in group (Currently in Financial Ombudsman Service-Marsh Wall, Reebok Sports Club-Canary Wharf, Virgin Active-Canary Wharf and Marcophysio-Westferry) or private classes. The sessions are personalized specifically for your needs and goals; concentrating on correct alignment, dynamic, static or restorative, breathing or mindfulness, building strength and stamina as well variety and creativity.

The sessions are arranged at your convenience, either at my studio in Docklands / Canary Wharf, your home or other suitable locations. Sessions can be booked in advance but please remember, cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged at half rate and no-shows at a full rate.

I offer a half price private introductory session as well as 10% off on 10 and 15% off on 15 sessions.
